I’ve been a Realtor for 20 years and have used different companies for various projects. I ran across Michael on Facebook. I called to get a quote on some work for a house. He explained everything and showed me photos of the items he recommended. He explained that some items were fine and were working fine that had been done by previous repair companies. I had had another company give me a quote and it was considerably higher. I was very impressed by his honesty.

Good prompt & reliable service
APS did a great job encapsulating my crawl space, installing drains around the perimeter, adding 2 sump pumps and a dehumidifier, removing the overhead fiberglass batting and insulating the foundation walls. They were on time and professional, plus left a clean job site. Thanks!
